"Welcome in!" is one of my favorite sayings when you walk through the door to our practice. My hope is that you feel welcome, comfortable, and capable of all you are about to accomplish during your PT session. I am so excited to bring Limitless PTS to the Central, NY area! I started working at this practice, (based in Rochester, NY) last year and I found out shortly after that my husband's job would relocate us to Cortland. That's when my vision began, I wanted to bring Limitless with me, to the Cortland area, and expand the impact of our organization.
We are on a mission to build a thriving community that inspires the best health outcomes. That means it isn't just your typical PT experience...instead, we focus on holistic health, body and mind to help you achieve your optimal health potential.
